专利说明:
The invention relates to a device for removal of cleaning or disinfectant concentrate from storage tanks, which has a bottom and a lid, comprising a suction device having a pump, a sensor and a suction lance, which are interconnected via lines, wherein the Suction lance is arranged at a removal opening in the lid of the storage tank. In the provision of disinfecting or cleaning use solutions in care facilities, hospitals o. The like. Usually the disinfectant or cleaning agent is provided as a concentrate in storage tanks. These tanks are connected via a hose or pipe system with a mixing device. In the mixing device also opens a fresh water inlet. The highly concentrated disinfectant or cleaning agent is mixed with the fresh water to form a ready-to-use solution. Both the disinfectant or cleaning agent and the water are supplied by means of pumps of the mixing device. To supply machine-integrated metering devices, the cleaning or disinfectant concentrate is conveyed from a central location to the daily templates in the area of the locations where the cleaning or disinfecting agent is to be added to the water to the disinfecting or cleaning use solutions create. The delivery containers set up at the central locations are usually storage tanks in the form of barrels with a capacity of up to 200 liters; The daily templates usually include containers with a capacity of about 7 liters. In the known devices for providing a disinfectant or cleaning concentrate, the concentrate from the storage tanks is supplied to the daily requirements as needed. For this purpose, measuring devices are mounted on the containers of the daily templates, which monitor the level of the container. Upon detection of a predetermined level, a signal is emitted, whereby a feed pump is set in motion, which feeds the concentrate from the respective storage tank to the container of the daily report. The known devices basically fulfill their function. However, they have the problem that the suction devices used are not able to completely empty the respective storage tank. On the one hand, this is due to the fact that the suction lances used end at a distance from the bottom of the storage tanks and, on the other hand, swimmers are used to determine the filling level, which have a hysteresis. As a result, always remains in the storage tanks a certain amount of residual disinfectant or cleaning concentrate, which remains unused. Since the companies that deal with the cleaning of the reservoir or barrels clean only completely emptied barrels, it is common practice to either fill the rest of the remaining barrel in other barrels, but this is due to the aging of the disinfection or Detergent concentrates are not recommended, or not properly disposed of. The invention seeks to remedy this situation. The invention has for its object to provide a device for removal of cleaning or disinfectant concentrate from storage tanks, with the help of a complete emptying of the storage tank is possible. According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of patent claim 1. With the invention, a device for the removal of cleaning or disinfectant concentrate is created from storage tanks, which allows complete emptying of the storage tank. This is caused by the suction lance being in contact with the bottom of the storage tank. Consequently, the suction lance is able to absorb the concentrate in the immediate vicinity of the floor and to promote the respective daily patterns. The usual whereabouts of a residual amount of cleaning or disinfectant concentrate from the prior art is thereby avoided. In development of the invention, the suction lance is provided at one end with at least one groove. The at least one groove allows the suction of the concentrate, although the suction lance is in contact with the bottom of the storage tank. The groove provides an opening between the bottom of the storage tank and the suction lance, through which the concentrate can be sucked into the suction lance. Advantageously, the sensor is a flow meter. On the one hand, this embodiment makes it possible to determine the amount of concentrate that is conveyed out of the storage tank. On the other hand, the flowmeter allows the determination of the complete emptying of the storage tank. Other developments and refinements of the invention are specified in the remaining subclaims. An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawings and will be described in detail below. Show it:<Tb> FIG. 1 <SEP> the schematic representation of a device;<Tb> FIG. 2 <SEP> the detail "X" of Fig. 1 in an enlarged scale. The illustrated in the drawing and described below inventive device for removal of cleaning or disinfectant concentrate from storage tanks is arranged on a storage tank 1, which has a bottom 11 and a cover 12. between which side walls 13 extend. Usually, the storage tank 1 is a barrel. In the lid 12, a removal opening 14 is provided. The device comprises a suction device 2, which has a pump 21, a sensor 22 and a suction lance 23, which are interconnected via lines 24. The lines can be formed from hoses or pipes. The sensor 22 is a flow meter in the embodiment. The suction lance 23 is arranged at the removal opening 14 of the storage tank 1. The attachment of the suction lance 23 to the removal opening 14 is detachable to allow replacement of the storage tank 1. In the assembled state, the suction lance 23 is in contact with the bottom 11 of the storage tank 1. The suction lance 23 therefore has a length which corresponds at least to the distance between the bottom 11 and lid 12 of the storage tank 1. In this way, it is ensured that the suction lance 23 rests on the floor 11. The suction lance 23 is made of stainless steel. It has a bore 25 which completely penetrates the suction lance 23. At its end facing away from the bottom 11, a line 24 is connected to the bore 25. At its bottom 11 facing the end of the suction lance 23 is provided with a groove 26. In a modification of the embodiment, more than one groove 26 may be provided. The groove 26 has a semicircular cross section in the embodiment. Other cross sections are also possible. The groove 26 extends from the bore 25 radially to the outer end of the suction lance 23rd The inventive device for removal of detergent and disinfectant concentrate can be mounted in a simple manner to the respective storage tank 1. For this purpose, it is only necessary to introduce the suction lance 23 through the removal opening 14 in the storage tank 1. The suction lance 23 is in its working position as soon as it touches the bottom 11 of the storage tank 1 with its one end. As far as the suction lance 23 has a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the removal opening 14, a cuff (not shown) can be inserted into the removal opening 14 to stabilize the suction lance 23 in the storage tank 1. Once the suction lance 23 has assumed the above-described working position, and the suction lance 23 is connected to the line 24, a work acceptance is possible. This is done by operating the pump 21, which is usually controlled externally to provide a supply of dosing for disinfection or cleaning use solutions at the respective withdrawal points of nursing homes or hospitals. When the pump 21 is turned on, cleaning agent or disinfectant concentrate is conveyed out of the storage tank 1 by the suction lance 23. The concentrate enters through the groove 26 in the bore 25 of the suction lance 23. From the bore 25, the concentrate is conveyed in a known manner by the pump 21 and the sensor 22 to the respective container of the daily presentation. By getting up the suction lance 23 on the floor 11 of the storage tank 1 ensures that the concentrate in the storage tank 1 is completely sucked off. It is thereby prevented that a residual amount of the concentrate remains in the storage tank. The residual quantity results in the devices known from the prior art from the fact that the known suction lances terminate at a certain distance from the bottom of the respective storage container. They are therefore not able to completely suck the concentrate from the reservoir. This is avoided by the inventive design. As far as the emptying of the reservoir is complete, and thus no more concentrate in the pre-tank, the pump sucks air. This is detected by the sensor, which then automatically shuts down the pump. At the same time a signal is sent, which announces the staff that the storage tank is completely emptied and must be replaced. By the inventive device a complete emptying of the storage tank is possible. Thus, there is no remaining amount in the tank so that the tank can be completely emptied handed over to the respective cleaning company. At the same time, the risk of unauthorized disposal of the remaining quantity or mixing with other stocks is avoided.
